Manifesto of the
Vinland Tribal Alliance

1. The Vinland Tribal Alliance is a free association of independent tribes and individuals. ("Tribes" include "Clans/Kindreds/Freeholds/Hearths" etc.)

2. Our purpose is to revive and protect the ancient family-based tribal faith, traditions and way of life of our North European ancestors.

3. The Alliance will promote the growth of our faith and way of life by providing our Folk with a sense of kinship through education and fellowship.

4. We seek to network like-minded Folk through communication forums such as (but not limited to), email and newsletters, etc. A Folkmoot may be called annually by tribal leaders if there's sufficient interest.

5. As freedom of thought is a Gods given right, each tribe or individual is free to determine their own spiritual and tribal needs in accordance with our North European heritage.

6. Statement of Faith:

• We believe in loyalty to the Gods of our North European ancestors, to each other as Kinsfolk and to the ancient traditions of our Folk.
• We believe in living an honorable and virtuous life and use the Nine Noble Virtues as our guide.
• We believe in living our lives as self-sufficiently as possible, yet always knowing that our Kinfolk are there and ready to help when needed.

7. Membership in the discussion group of the Vinland Tribal Alliance constitutes acceptance of the terms of this manifesto.
